What happens after 14 days?

Your subscription starts automatically at $499 a month, and your card is charged for the first time then — not before. Cancel any time up to that point and you pay nothing.

Do I need a card to start?

Yes. Your card is collected when the trial begins so nothing stops on day 15, and it is held by Stripe rather than by us. You won't be charged until your 14-day trial ends. Cancel anytime.

Can I bring in my existing contacts?

Yes. Upload a spreadsheet, match your columns, and review every row — including the duplicates Flyte CRM finds — before anything is written.

Can I get my data out?

Yes, at any time. It is your customer list; a CRM that holds it hostage is not one worth paying for.

Is my data separate from other teams?

Every record is scoped to your workspace in the database itself, not by a filter in the application. Another customer cannot read your accounts even if the application asks it to.

Will you email my contacts for me?

Only when you send a campaign, to the audience you chose, from an address on a domain you verified — and campaign sending needs your own email configuration before it goes live. Automations create tasks and notifications for your team; Flyte never sends arbitrary AI-written messages for you.
