Everything is included
- Everyone on your team
Owners, managers, reps and read-only viewers. Invite the whole company; the price does not move.
- Companies, contacts and opportunities
The full record — timeline, notes, tasks, documents, tags and pipeline — with no row limits.
- Marketing campaigns and newsletters
Audiences, templates, individual delivery, consent by topic, unsubscribe and suppression handled for you.
- Automations
When this happens, if this is true, create the follow-up. Automations create work; they never contact anyone on your behalf.
- Goals and performance
Daily and weekly goals, individual scorecards and a manager view that does not require asking anyone how it is going.
- Import and export
Bring companies and contacts in from a spreadsheet, review what will happen, and take your data out whenever you want.
What you are not charged for
No seat maths.
Per-seat pricing makes a team hesitate before inviting the person who most needs to see the account. That is a bad way to run a business and a worse way to sell software.
Per user. Adding a colleague costs nothing.
Per contact or per company stored.
For onboarding, setup or a data import.
For support during your trial.
Questions people actually ask
Before you start.
What happens after 30 days?
Your workspace keeps your data. You will be told before the trial ends, and nothing is charged until you choose to continue.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The trial begins with an email address and a workspace name.
Can I bring in my existing contacts?
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet, match your columns, and review every row — including the duplicates Flyte CRM finds — before anything is written.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, at any time. It is your customer list; a CRM that holds it hostage is not one worth paying for.
Is my data separate from other teams?
Every record is scoped to your workspace in the database itself, not by a filter in the application. Another customer cannot read your accounts even if the application asks it to.
Will you email my contacts for me?
Only when you send a campaign, to the audience you chose, from an address on a domain you verified. Automations create tasks for your team; they never contact a customer on their own.
Start with your own data.
Thirty days is long enough to run a real sales month in it. That is the point.
